Description

The University of Kansas School of Business presents the Walter S. Sutton Lecture Series featuring Keith Darcy.

Darcy serves as an independent senior advisor to Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Enterprise Compliance Services practice and as a dean for the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Lab Program, working with boards and senior leaders to identify, monitor, mitigate, and manage enterprise risks. Prior to joining Deloitte, Darcy served nine years as executive director of the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association (ECOA). In that capacity, he helped organizations worldwide address a wide variety of complex compliance, governance, and regulatory challenges.

Darcy has combined a 40-year career as a senior executive and corporate director with his passion for education, business ethics, compliance risk management, and organizational leadership. He is on the board of the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership. Since 1994, Darcy has been teaching Ethics and Leadership at the Wharton School in their executive programs. He previously served as associate dean and distinguished professor at Georgetown University.
